ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Habiba, I am a passionate filmmaker and a multi-disciplinary artist with a BFA degree in animation from California State University Long Beach and a minor in Photography. I was born in Egypt, raised in Qatar, and currently living in Southern California.
Growing up, I found myself constantly inspired by the diverse environments around me. The contrast between different cultures and settings has given me a unique perspective, allowing me to see the world through a fresh and innovative lens. Nature and architecture are my primary sources of inspiration, providing endless forms and structures that speak a visual language of their own.
As an artist, I believe that storytelling transcends mediums. Whether through film, animation, photography, or any other artistic expression, my goal is to raise awareness and spark conversations. I strive to highlight the powerful narratives of people and their environments, showcasing the beauty and complexity of the world we live in.
Through my creative endeavors, I aim to connect with audiences on a deeper level, using art as a medium to share and express compelling stories that need to be told. My goal is to create art that not only captivates but also communicates powerful narratives, highlighting important issues and diverse experiences.
